1. We offer 100% refund on our Q&A service if the user is not satisfied and happy with the answer provided the Expert.
2. At first, we talk to the user and understand their issues and ask the expert to revise his answer and provide for user expectations.
3. The user also has the option to engage with expert and ask follow-up question using comments feature.
4. If the user is still not satisfied, we will go ahead and process the Q&A refund.
5. Please note the user needs to claim the refund by writing to support@moneyuncle.com within 7 days after his Q&A is answered and revised by the Expert.
6. After completion of 7 days, the refund cannot be processed.
